Got to get a handle on the sweet tooth!

No exercise today. No good excuse. Just didn't.

Had a smoothie for breakfast and mid-afternoon snack, salad for lunch, and two stuffed peppers for dinner...but I cheated between my snack and dinner by eating a piece of chocolate layer cake....sigh....

Got to get a handle on the sweet tooth!

I am so there with you with the chocolate. I just can't resist it at times. I do keep a box of chocolates and eat 1 or 2 a day. It seems to help me from eating that chocolate cake, chocolate cookies, brownies, let me stop. I am currently working on a lifestyle change and exercise program, called Faithfully Fit. You have inspired me to journal my journey. Your blogs are great.....

Sogo...If I had the self-control, I would, but I have to do the cold turkey thing. The chocolate soy milk smoothie works really well for me.

I make a small 8 oz serving, so it's only about 150 calories, but only 30 from fat and I get that good soy protein. It fills me up and cuts my cravings.
